Graveside Services for Mrs. Linda Rita Mullally were held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Fairview Poplar Springs Cemetery with Rev. David Holcombe officiating.

Mrs. Mullally passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the Lineville Health & Rehab. Born in Louisiana but a resident of Clay County for 50 plus years, Mrs. Mullally worked at Higgins in the clothing department for a number of years. She loved to go to church, cooking and baking. Mrs. Mullally enjoyed playing volleyball with her kids when they were little, and loved her grandkids, great-grandkids, and great-great-grandkids. She loved “You”, meaning she loved people and it didn’t matter who you were.

She is survived by three daughters: Rita Faye Campbell (Alford) of Ashland, Linda Marie Gable (Larry) of Millerville, and Mary Parris of Lineville; three sons: Rob Mullally (Patricia) of Bluff Springs, Joe Mullally (Robbie) of Barfield, and Kevin Mullally (Misty) of Millerville; two sisters: Earline Kliemine and Patricia LeBlanc, both of Louisiana; three brothers: Glenn Businelle of Louisiana, Patrick Businelle of Ashland, and Virgil Businelle of South Carolina; 28 grandchildren, and a host of Great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David Businelle and Grace Badrough, her husband; Bobby Mullally, one grandson, David Lee Campbell, and several brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Randall Thompson, T.J. Griffin, Johnny Holcombe, Jamie Griffin, Dewayne Campbell, and Brian Haynes.
