Born in Czechoslovakia Aug. 11, 1900, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dvorchak. He was married to Anna Uhren in St. Stephen's Church and she preceded him in death in November of 1969.
Survivors include four children: Edward of Naperville; Leona (Edward) Staver of Streator; Lillian (George) Geiger of Ottawa; and Dorothy (Jim) Geiger of Grand Ridge; eight grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Anna Sokol and Mrs. Mary Dordan, both of Streator.
He was preceded in death by one brother.
He was retired from Owens-Illinois where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
