Mrs. Michael (Anna) Dvorchak, 65, 410 Powell St., died at 11:30 p.m. in St. Mary's Hospital, Thursday shortly after being admitted to the hospital.
Born in Streator, June 2, 1904, she was a daughter of Andrew and Stephana (Sholtis) Uhren. She married Michael Dvorchak in St. Stephen's Church May 25, 1924, Msgr. Louis Biskupski officiated at the ceremony.
Surviving is her husband; three daughers: Leona (Edward) Staver of Streator; Lillian (George) Geiger of Ottawa; and Dorothy (James) Geiger of Grand Ridge; one son: Edward Dvorchak of St. Louis, MO; eight grandchildren; five brothers: Andrew and George of Grand Ridge; Edward, Frank and Joseph, all of Streator; two sisters: Mrs. Emma Uhren and Mrs. John R. (Marcella) Novotney, both of Streator.
Mrs. Dvorchak was preceded in death by one brother: John.
She has resided in Streator all of her life and was a member of St. Stephen's Church and St. Mary's Lodge.
