From a post by Nan Barker on genealogy.com, June 16, 2001:

"My Great-grandmother was Rebecca Valentine, the oldest of the 7 girls of the Valentine family. My mother had pictures of Rebecca, her daughter Nancy Lenore, and herself at a Valentine reunion in 1924 in Kitchell Park in Pana, Illinois. I would like to get into the D.A.R. I need some proof that Levi was the Gr grandson of Johan George. I know Levi was born in Fairfield Co. Ohio. and that all but two of his children were born there. I cannot find a record of them in Fairfield, Ohio. Rebecca married John Dilley and had three children, John, Charles and my Grandmother Nancy Lenore. I have my Grandmother's birth certificate. and her marriage to Obadiah Hardesty Hatcher. I have pictures of Rebecca after John died and she married George Dilley and helped raise several of his children."
