Missie was the greatest kitty ever. She was born in Watertown, New York and she was a kitten from my grandma's Companion Russell's daughter's kitty. Missie was a polydactyl so she had mitten paws, before my grandma passed in 2016 I promised her that I would take care of her kitty and I did all throughout the remaining years of her life. She passed away due to an infection in her gums that spread to her kidneys. She is survived by her second parents Charlie and Erica Hofer, and preceded in death by her first parents Betty Robbins and Russell Ruttan, and many furry friends.
She will be cremated with part of her going to buried with her first parents and part of her with her second parents. She is greatly missed. Thank you to Dr. Murphy and the staff at Hawthorne Animal Hospital for the care they provided to Missie the last few years of her life.
