FOR JOHN SURBECK

The funeral of John Surbeck, 79, retired groceryman, who died on Tuesday, will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock privately at the home, No. 212 Graves street. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
Mr. Surbeck formerly conducted a grocery in Lodi street. He retired a number of years ago. The survivors are a widow, Mrs. Catherine Surbeck, two daughters, Mrs. J. C. Hansen of Des Moines, Ia, and Miss Florence B. Surbeck of this city; a son, John A. Surbeck of Brooklyn; two brothers, J. C. Surbeck of this city and Gottfried Surbeck of Switzerland; three sisters also of Switzerland and a grandchild.
