Eva Pearl McNece, daughter of the late Tribble Edwards and Janie Lucille Charlton Edwards, was born in Kennett, Missouri on December 27, 1939, and departed this life at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, Illinois on November 5, 2020 at the age of 80.

Mrs. McNece was a homemaker and was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church.

She was united in marriage to Verl Leonard McNece in Bernie, Missouri on January 19, 1957. Mr. McNece preceded his wife in death on January 9, 2015.

Survivors include two sons, Terry McNece of Greenville, Illinois and Howard McNece & wife Johnnie of Pocahontas, Illinois; by four daughters, Kathy Myers & husband Joseph of Tuscola, Illinois, Janie Duckwitz of Effingham, Illinois, Phyllis Kruengel & husband Kenny and Shelia Yagow & husband Steve all of Altamont, Illinois; by three brothers, Jim Edwards, Ben Edwards and Jack Edwards; by one sister, Sue Davis; also by twelve grandchildren and Numerous Great-Grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husband, by one son, Carl McNece and by four brothers.

Friends may call at Mathis Funeral Home on Sunday, November 8, 2020 from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. Graveside services will be conducted at Bethany Cemetery, Sunday, November 8, 2020 starting at 1:30 P.M. Interment following. Mathis Funeral Home of Bernie, Missouri in charge of all arrangements.
