Roxanna is survived by her brothers: Edward (Theresa) Foss, Roanoke, IN; Kim Foss, Tucson, AZ; Scott (Michelle) Foss, Austin, TX; sister: Laura Foss, Columbia City, IN; step children: Kevin Nofzinger, Sean Nofzinger and Jennifer Cook, all of Auburn, IN; step sisters: Cathy (Tom) Bice and Deb (Bob) Caldwell, both of Ft. Wayne, IN.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Rex Nofzinger; parents: Edward W. and Elthian E. Foss; brother: Dan Foss and sister: Sharice Pinney.
There will be no visitation of services.
