DANIEL D. FOSS, 42, of Tallahassee, Fla., died Monday. The Fort Wayne native was owner of Dan Foss Construction Co., which he founded in Fort Wayne and later operated in Tallahassee.
Surviving are a son, Gabe Harrington of Fort Wayne; his mother and stepfather, Elthian and Howard Somers of Ellenton, Fla.; his stepmother and father, Janet and Edward W. Foss of Fort Wayne; sisters, Roxanna E. Nofsinger of Corunna, Laura D. Foss of Fort Wayne and Sharice R. Pinney of Nashville, Ind.; brothers, Edward F. of Roanoke, Kim D. of Auburn and Scott N. of Houston, Texas; stepsisters, Kathy J. Bice of Churubusco and Deborah L. Caldwell of Fort Wayne; and a grandmother, Ellen V. Foss of Angola.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday in D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., where calling is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
