A memorial service for Jeremiah Albrich-Reeves, an 18-year-old senior at Rex Putnam High School who died Feb. 20, 1996, of meningococcal disease, will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Mr. Albrich-Reeves was born Jan. 6, 1978, in Milwaukie.

Survivors include his mother, Janet Albrich of Milwaukie; father, Terry Reeves of Portland; grandparents, Alan and Barbara Albrich of Milwaukie, and Greg and Genny Turman of Oregon City; great-grandmothers, Louise Albrich of Salem and Mirion Estes of Jefferson; and stepbrother, Christopher Reeves of Portland.

Interment will be in Skyline Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Skyline Funeral Home. The family suggests remembrances to the Jeremiah Albrich-Reeves Memorial Fund in care of Rex Putnam High School, 4950 S.E. Roethe Road, Milwaukie, 97276.
