He preceded her in death on November 18,1980. On March 17,1989 she married Lawrence H. Murphy. Teal and William McKinley had three sons,five daughters,and a granddaughter,whom she raised. She married second to Lawrence H. Murphy. Teal was a former Franklin Township Trustee, having retired after more than 19 years of service. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Chillicothe, Ohio.
