Kathryn B. Koeser, age 76, of 2321 14th St. Two Rivers, died Monday morning, November 11, 1996, at the Hamilton Memorial Home, Two Rivers.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Emanuel United Methodist Church, Two Rivers. Rev Isidro Carrera will officiate with burial at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born April 9, 1920, at Elcho, Wis. daughter of the late Leigh and Beatrice Benninghaus Andrews. She served in the United States Navy as a Wave during World War II. On October 7, 1944, she married Donald P. Koeser in Two Rivers. She was employed for several years at the Two Rivers Water and Light Department until her retirement. Kathryn was active in many Emanuel United Methodist Church groups including youth activities and the choir. She was a member of the Rachel Circle and served as a Sunday School teacher and church treasurer. Kathryn was also involved with her husband and Walter and Betty Dennis in a group known as The Emanuel Quartette singing at many church and other functions over many years.

Survivors include her husband, Donald, Two Rivers; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Keith and Edith Koeser, Two Rivers, Reid Koeser, Pompano Beach, Fla., Donald and Julie Koeser, Two Rivers; four grandchildren, Kristin, Andrew, Casey, Kaelyn Koeser; one brother and four sisters-in-law, Darwin and Ethel Andrews, Two Rivers, Gladys Andrews, Appleton, Carol Andrews, Boulder Junction, Phyllis Lahey, Two Rivers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Douglas and Leigh Andrews.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at Klein & Stangel Funeral Home and on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. at United Methodist Church.
