TRAYLOR, Mrs. Bessie R. (nee: Grauser), age 75, of 1652 Garwood Drive, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 1975. She retired from International Envelope Company after 25 years of service. Survived by her husband Ira Kanada Traylor; 1 daughter, Marilyn Virginia Traylor Syx and her husband Kenneth Paul Syx; 1 son, Harrison Charles Traylor and his wife Mary Alice Moskewicz Traylor; 1 daughter-in-law, Betty Traylor. 1 sister, Florence (Grauser) Wantz. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Catherine Jane (Jennie) Reed Grauser, 2 sons, Frederick Eugene Traylor (1940) and Arthur Barrett Traylor (1968), 2 brothers, Earl Grauser (1941) and Reed Grauser (1962) She is also survived by 10 grand-children; Dianne Traylor; Mrs Suanne (Traylor) Frith; Jean (Traylor) Saylor; Clay Traylor; Anne Traylor; Cole Traylor; Karen Lee (Syx) Johnson; Kenneth Richard (Rick) Syx; John Paul (Jack) Syx and Brian Kennedy Syx, 3 step-grand-children, 6 great-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren. Services 2 p.m. Friday, Morris Sons Funeral Home, 1809 E. Third St., Rev. Edward A. Puff officiating. Burial Hill Grove Cemetery in Miamisburg, Ohio Family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m., Thursday
Bessie was the 3rd child of 4 children born to Catherine Jane (Jennie Reed) and Charles Winfield Grauser. She was born in Sunsbury just outside of Germantown, Ohio She had 1 sister Florence Margaret (Grauser) Wantz, and 2 brothers Earl Grauser and Reed Grauser.
