Edna Gilstrap Trotter, 80, of 307 Old Liberty-Pickens Highway, wife of the late Columbus Z. Trotter, died Saturday, March 31. 201, at her home.
Mrs. Trotter was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Robert and Essie Simpson Gilstrap. She was a homemaker and a member of Golden Creek Baptist Church where she was a member of the Furman Powell Sunday school class and the Joy Group.
Surviving are three daughters, Joyce Aiken, Carolyn Nalley and Gail Smith, all of Pickens; a brother, Fred Gilstrap of Central; seven grandchildren; sic great-grandchildren; one stepgrandchild and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Golden Creek Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Randy McAlister and the Rev. Mark Pollard. Burial will be Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home, Easley, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight and will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
The family is at the home.
