She was born at Plymouth, Chenango County, on September 13. 1855, the daughter of David and Magdalena Phillips Ford.
In 1884 she was united in marriage to Andrew Van Buskirk of Alder Creek, and she has since resided here.
She was a member of the Alder Creek church and during her long residence here she made many friends by whom she was held in high regard.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Luther Fox, Alder Creek, and Mrs. Warren Williamson, Westernville; one son, Anson Dwight Van Buskirk, Colorado Springs, Colorado; and four grandchildren. Rome Daily Sentinel, Tuesday Evening, May 28, 1935
