She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Junious Holstein.
Mrs. Holstein lived in Asheville, NC, for many years, and moved to Washington, D.C. on December 7, 1941, and later to Herndon, Virginia, in 1951. She retired from the Western Union Telegraph Company in 1962, where she had been a Switching Clerk.
Interment and funeral services were conducted on Saturday, May 20, 1967. Rev. Leland Wyatt, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Herndon presided. The Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA, assisted the family with the arrangements.
Pallbearers were Monroe Bledsoe, Jr., Charles W. Smith, Mickey Holstein, John A. Quattlebaum, James Giddings, and Bruce Leopard.
