Memorial came linked to father Giles Hubbard.
2-3-23 Lora (49278951) removed the link and corrected birth from 4 Feb 1787 in Haddam to 26 Feb 1787 in Middletown, Middlesex County CT, with the following explanation:
In the Revolutionary War Pension Application file for Robert Hubbard (born 30 September 1761, Middletown, Middlesex, CT; d. 10 January 1814 in the Lewis Co., NY area) is a paper in Robert's own handwriting listing birth dates (and some death dates) of all his children. Among them was Levi, born 26 February 1787, and Ruth born 19 July 1797. There were 10 other children. The whole family moved first to Rensselaer County, NY, then to Lewis County, NY, in the late 1790's. They are not linked to Robert and his wife Phebe (Ford) Hubbard-Skeel because it's unknown where they are buried.
