Professional Football Player. He was a cornerback who played in 78 games for 6 different teams in the National Football League (NFL) from 2010 through 2015. Adams was drafted in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers after playing college football for South Carolina State University where he was a safety and special teams player. Over 5 seasons in the NFL, he would also play for the New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets and the Atlanta Falcons. On April 7, 2021, Adams allegedly killed five people at a house in his hometown. The following day, he died by an apparent suicide.
