"FOREMER RESIDENT PASSES AWAY IN CALIFORNIA. – Frank Boitnott, 73, former Maxwell resident passed away Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Stoewell in Berkley, California. His body will arrive in Ames Friday and will lie in state at Cooper-Moore Funeral Home until service time. Surviving besides his only daughter are three sons, Gale, of Detroit, Michigan; Neil, of Oakland, California, and Dean, of St. Claire, Michigan, and one sister, Miss Ida Boitnott of Claremont, California. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Maxwell Christian Church with Rev. Ira E. Carney in charge. Interment will be in the Maxwell cemetery."
