Miss Ella Eloise Bell was born on January 12, 1886 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of Claude Jones Bell (1855–1945) and Alice (O'Daniel) Bell (1860–1919).
A typhoid patient since she was 18 years old, she was legally a resident of 1115 Carauthers Avenue in Nashville. At Davidson County Hospital since 1940, she was 76 years old and single when she suffered a heart attack about mid April 1962 and died of heart failure on May 19, 1962.
Funeral Services were held on May 21st at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, and burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery, Nashville.
