Ruby Joyce Phillips, 89, of Barling, passed away Tuesday April 27, 2021 in Greenhurst Nursing Home, Charleston, AR. She was born March 23, 1932 in Barling, AR to William and Gertie Mae Nolen. She retired from Dixie Cup after 43 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley, her parents, one sister, Lillian, and one brother, Roy. She is survived by one sister, Betty Collier of Texas, one son, Larry (Kay) of Barling, two grandchildren, Mandi Williams (Justin) of Greenwood, and Kyle of Berlin, Germany, three great grandchildren, Ethan of Fayetteville, Evan and Emily Williams of Greenwood, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7PM at Smith Mortuary Charleston, AR.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10AM at First Southern Baptist Church, Central City, AR with burial at Barling City Cemetery under direction of Smith Mortuary.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Phillips, Justin, Ethan, and Evan Williams, Doug and Carson Dickerson.
Special thanks to Mercy Hospice for their comfort care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Southern Baptist Church, Central City, AR.
