Alexander Duncan married Jessie Cook on 12/06/1880 at Chapel House, Lumsden, Parish of Auchindoir & Kearn, County of Aberdeen in accordance with the forms of the United Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Jessie was recorded as a 23-year-old Domestic Servant of Auchindoir. Alexander was recorded as a 20-year-old Farm Servant of the Parish of Cabrach. Jessie's parents were recorded as William Cook, Crofter, and Isabella nee Murdoch. Alexander's parents were recorded as Alexander Duncan, General Labourer, and Margaret nee Kellas.
