Born in Jamaica, New York on October 17, 1930, Carl resided in Londonderry for the last 27 years. He is survived by Doris E. Nirmaier, his loving wife of 54 years; his sister Jean Batridge of Lake Wales, Florida; his three daughters, Susan Neese of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, Vicki Kroc of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Laura Houde of Bedford, New Hampshire; his son Carl (Bill) Nirmaier of Paoli, Pennsylvania and seven grandchildren.
Carl served in the Air Force during the Korean War and worked in the aircraft industry, retiring from General Electric in 1993. He enjoyed traveling the world with Doris and also toured much of the United States in their frequent RV expeditions. The exceptional love and support he provided his family and friends are enduring.
