Johnathin Hascall, a student at Ukiah High School passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 7, 2021 at
the age of 15 years after a UTV rollover accident near his home outside of Pilot Rock, Oregon.

Johnathin was born in Pendleton, Oregon on August 9, 2005 to John and Kari Hascall of Pilot Rock, Oregon. Johnathin was their only child.

Johnathin loved the outdoors and was always on an adventure. He loved anything to do with guns, ATV's, dirt bikes, music, the military and his red heelers, Divit and RJ. He enjoyed spending time with his family and helping his Mom and Aunt work cows or his Dad and Uncle with construction projects. He was kind hearted, a hard worker and was always willing to help others.

Johnathin lived with the Durfey's, David, Audrey and Cadney Bacon during the week and attended Ukiah High School as a freshman in Ukiah, Oregon. On the weekends Johnathin returned to Pilot Rock to spend time with his Mom and Dad, and worked on the family ranch, feeding and moving cattle or any task around the house that needed to be done, hauling wood, fixing fence or helping with other projects that would arise.

Johnathin liked to run, and competed in cross county for Pilot Rock High School. Johnathin joined the Ukiah Trap Team in 2018 when the team was first organized by the Durfey's. He recently advanced to the Varsity shooting level, shooting consistently over 20 out of 25 in competitive shooting and was chosen as his team's captain by his fellow team mates this season.

Johnathin touched so many lives in just 15 short years and will be missed by all who had the opportunity to get to know him.

In lieu of flowers there are accounts set up at Banner Bank in Pendleton, Oregon, a Facebook account, and a Go Fund Me account for memorial contributions in Johnathin's name to help support the family at this extremely difficult time. For more information please contact Audrey Durfey at [email protected] or by calling 541-427-3061.
