Born to Sie and Gladys Spangle Luttrull, Rose was retired from Magnatek and was a homemaker. She was a Godly woman and a wonderful wife, mother, sister and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Rose loved to travel and was always ready for a new adventure. She also enjoyed watching The Young and the Restless and spending time with her furry companion, Chug.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Ellis; brothers, Roy Luttrull, Steven Luttrull, Daniel Luttrull and Carl Beleskey.
Rose leaves her daughter, Kary Poplin and her husband Brian of Holland, Missouri; brothers, Clif Luttrull and his wife Janie of Huffman and Floyd Luttrull and his wife Linda of Pocahontas, Arkansas; grandchildren, Heather Pritchard and her husband Drew of Steele, Jonathan Williams of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Veronica Poplin of Laredo, Texas and Brian Poplin, Jr. of Addison, Texas; great-grandchildren, Hadley and Madison Pritchard and Michael, Jr. and Matthew Mendoza.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 17th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Dunavant officiating. Burial will be private.
