Mrs. William Orr

Mrs. Ruth Ellen Orr, 49, 305 1/2 Packer St. Uhrichsville, was dead on arrival at Twin City Hospital at 11:45 last evening. Death was due to an acute coronary.

Born in Dennison March 9, 1918, she was the daughter of Owen and Olive Leggett Murray and was a life resident of the Twin Cities. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Uhrichsville F.O.E. and the Women of the Moose.

She was married Jan. 19, 1934 to William F Orr, who survives. Also surviving are her father of Port Washington; eight children, Mrs. Sam (Shirley) Kopp of Newport, Joseph H. Orr and Chester Orr, both of Dennison, Mrs. Ben (Janice) )Keith, Mrs. Ben (Helen) Haney and Mrs. John (Linda) Famal, all of Uhrichsville and Edward Orr and Patricia Orr, both of the home; nine brothers and sisters, Mrs. Pauline VanLehn of Riverside; Tom Murray of Alabama, Mrs. Ben Halsey of Gnadenhutten, Paul Murray and Mrs. Paul Enos, both of Port Washington, Mrs. Abe Quillen, Mrs. Eugene Berkshire, Mrs. Elva Gordon, and Mrs. Ernest Clay, RD1, all of Uhrichsville, and 17 grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Milligan officiating. Burial will be in Newport Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight adn 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
