Julie was born in Bibb County, Georgia, on March 25, 1962. She was the daughter of the late T. Reid Jones and her surviving mother, Sybil Worsham Jones. She graduated from Macon State College and University in 1985. She received her BS Degree in Nursing in 1988 from Georgia College and State University.
She was well respected in the field of Nursing, and well loved by all.
