Funeral services will be conducted Monday for Alma B. Gilbert, 147 Morongo Road, who died Wednesday in San Francisco following a short illness. She was 67. A teacher, she taught in the Palm Springs Unified School district for 10 of her 15 years in the profession, and was principal of Cahuilla Elementary School before her retirement 10 years ago. She was a native of Silver City, New Mexico, and has lived here for 27 of her 55 years in California. She is survived by a son. Robert W. Gilbert of Los Angeles, and three grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Wiefels and Son Mortuary chapel, by a Christian Science Reader. Burial will be at Desert Memorial Park.
