Shelia died Friday, March 2, 2012. Her hometown was Belle Glade, FL and she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Watson and the late Dora Cobb Watson. She was owner and president of St. Patricks's Sales and Leasing and a member of Marie Baptist Church. Sheila was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed baking and caring for her home and family along with many friends.
Survivors include her husband, Harry L. Pope; children, Trent Pope, Lee Pope, Dudley Pope, Dora Pope, and Justin Pope, all of Dublin; sister, Davene Bailey, of Rentz; brother, Gerald Watson, of Chicago, IL; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00PM until 3:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
