Earl Sr., 64, was a lifelong resident of Sabine Pass but had been living in Florida for the past two years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward "Tataw" and Roberta "Nanaw" Williams, and his sister Carolyn Seymore.
Survivors include his wife Beverly Williams, brothers Edward Roy Williams and wife Kay, Bill Williams and wife Brenda; sisters Margie McCray and husband Billy, Bertha Seymore and husband Henry; his sons Earl William Jr. and wife Vickie, James Williams and wife Aaron, and daughter Debra Flores and husband Robert.
He was also survived by his grandchildren Mandy Richards and husband Jared, Candice Nini and husband Josh, Kristin Williams, Kacy Williams, Stacie Williams, great grandchildren Makayla Nini, Layton Richards, Madison Nini, and another grandson on the way and many nieces and nephews.
