Fannie was a member of Crossview Church of Christ, enjoyed gardening and loved being outside gardening, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Sherry Lynn Harris; brothers Edwin, Edison, Ernest and Vaughn Mullins and sister Olivie Blankenship.
Survivors include her son Claude Neal Shelton and wife Cathy of Homosassa, FL; sister Audra Mullins of Grundy, VA; grandson Eric Scott Miller of Johnson City, TN and great-granddaughter Kailee Noel Miller of Johnson City, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Fannie Mullins Shelton will be held at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, VA, Sunday, July 18th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Evangelist Hobert Kennedy officiating. Entombment will follow in the Greenhills Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill, VA.
Active pallbearers will be her family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, VA, Saturday after 6:00 p.m. with evening service to be held at 7:00 p.m.
