At the young age of 15 she met and married Charles Laten Howell. In this union ,2 children were born, a daughter, Sharen Sue on 10/22/49 and a son, Charles Laten Howell II, on 02/21/55. They were divorced after only a few years of marriage.
She met and married the love of her life, Clyde (Bud) Reitz Jr. who left this world in November 1979. She seemed so lost without him. She seemed as if she gave up.
Today Mom you have been gone for 20 years. I still miss my best friend.
So many things have changed since you have been gone from here. I know you are watching over us.
I will always remember this day as a day of sorrow for me but find great comfort to know you found your peace, I saw it in your face that day.
