Atsushi "Rocky" Ishida Born April 22, 1931 in Lodi, CA , and after complications from a stroke, he passed away on Oct. 8, 2007. Atsushi, "Rocky", was the youngest of nine brothers and sisters. Rocky joined the U.S. Navy, where he met and married his wife of 54 years, Lillian in 1953. In 1961, He, Lillian and family moved to the Bay Area (Cupertino). He is survived by his wife Lillian, brother George (Jean), sister Bess Iwamura, sons Rocky (Julie), Rory, Scott (Sandra), grandkids Roxanne, Christopher, Michael, Stephanie, Allison, and Daniel. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, Oct 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church at 566 N. Fifth Street in San Jose, CA. The Family requests that donations be made to United Wesley Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
