She was born in Bay City, Michigan, on July 16, 1889, the daughter of Margaret A (Innes) and Peter Lambert. Maggie came to Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1928 from Jackson, Michigan.
Maggie was first married in 1904 to Patrick Joseph Higgins. He passed away in March 1917. She then married Raymond Oral Pollard; they later divorced. Her marriage to Otis Kreger took place March 23. 1935.
Surviving besides her husband, Otis Henry Kreger; are two daughters, Hazel Emma (Higgins) Hudson and Mary Martha (Higgins) Hieber; three sons, Robert Thomas Higgins, Joseph "Patrick" Higgins and Oral "Kenneth" Pollard, all of Ann Arbor, MI; 11 grandchildren; her mother, Margaret (Innes) Lambert-Baker; a brother, Louis Lambert, both of Flint; four sisters: Helen Catherine (Lambert) Trumbull and Lillian (Lambert) Stone, of Ann Arbor; Emma (Lambert) Herr, of Jackson; and Pearl (Lambert) Weathers-Miller, of Flint; and several nieces and nephews.
