Damaris Hopkins born about 1618 and died before 1628 She was first born child of Stephen and Elizabeth (Fisher) Hopkins, and about 2 years old when she traveled on the Mayflower Ship of 1620 with her parents and her step-siblings Constance and Giles. Her younger brother, Oceanus, who were born aboard the Mayflower ship.

Damaris Hopkins survived the first winter, but died sometime before 1628. Her younger sister of the same name Damaris Hopkins was recorded as alive and having children as late as the early 1670's. This was her younger sister given the same name after her death. That Damaris Hopkins (1628–1669) married Jacob Cooke (1618–1675)
