Death visited the home of Edward Collins of 1043 North Fourteenth street, early yesterday morning, taking the mother and wife from the midst of her beloved husband and children. She was fifty-four years of age, and had been ill for many months with consumption. However, she was resigned and ready to go and the end came calm and peaceful. The funeral will occur tomorrow morning from the Christian church at 10 o'clock, with Rev. Sellers in charge. The remains will be interred in the city cemetery. The sincere sympathy of a host of friends is extended to the bereaved husband and children.
