BLUEFIELD — Frank (Paco) Colobro, 54, of Bluefield, died Wednesday morning, December 5, 2007 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Welch on July 7, 1953. He is survived by his parents, Tony and Pauline Colobro of Bluefield; a daughter, Krystal, a student at WVU; sister, Susan Maupin and husband Ray of Bluefield, Va.; brothers, Nick Colobro and wife Carol of Piney Flats, Tenn., and Tony Colobro of Charleston; special cousin and husband, Anna and Gus Mercanti of Bowie, Md.; nieces and nephews include, Mickey and Kristi Maupin, Anthony, Nicky and Courtney Colobro and Holly Fleury and friend Danny Baker.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Mercer Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Don Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be friends of Mountaineer Bowling Lanes: Earl Horne, Dwayne Tiller, Ernie Wynn, Junior Mariotti, Charley Goode and John Spencer.
The family will receive friends at the Mercer Funeral Home on Thursday (today), December 6, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. A Christian Wake Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (today) with Father Paul Wharton officiating.
