MISS ANNIE HILL
Miss Annie Hill, 91, of 135 Bougainvillia, died Tuesday at Texas Health Care Center.
A native of Burgessville, Ontario, Canada, she has been a Brownsville resident since 1959. She was a member of Church of the Advent, Episcopal, a retired registered nurse and was superintendent of Women's Hospital in Detroit, Mich. for 29 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Hill Stone of Brownsville and Mrs. Edith Hill Duffy of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and a nephew, Keith Stone of Brownsville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at Darling-Mouser Funeral Chapel with Rev. George Graydon officiating with interment at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Alfred Putegnat, Ray Hughston, Thomas Rughston, Kermit Bearden, Gilbert Adams and Kermit Cromack.
Darling-Mouser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
