The two and a half year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Hicks of Dunbarton, got hold of a bottle of oil of wintergreen and drank a quanity of it last Thursday. They brought the child to Dr. Barber's office in this city and every effort was made to save its life, but it died about seven o'clock in the evening. Its funeral took place Sunday afternoon, the remains being interred at Kingsley chapel.
