Mariman Heath, 59, well-known Gladwin Township farmer, passed away at the Mt. Pleasant Hospital, August 12. Mr. Heath was born in Dixon, Ohio, on Nov. 23, 1895, and had lived in Gladwin township for the past 38 years. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Florence Heath; four brothers, Charles of Hillman, James, William and Orval of Gladwin; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Langs of Battle Creek, Mrs. Erma Berg and Mrs. Velma Joslin of Gladwin., Four sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:00 p. m. at the Hall Funeral Home with the Rev. George White officiating. Burial was in the McClure cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 8-17/1955 Column – 6 Page – 1.
