Xu Deheng(许德珩), formerly known as Xu Chu(许础), courtesy name Chusheng(楚生), was a Chinese politician, educator, scholar, and the founder and chairman of the Jiusan Society (九三学社, 1946-1987).

He served as Minister of Fisheries, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
