Captain Hysell retired from the Army in 1994 after 25 years of service.
After retirement Al enjoyed working with the public in banking, payday loans, automotive sales and the automotive parts aftermarket fields. Al loved classic cars and anything motorcycle related, enjoying a hair in the wind ride right up until Agent Orange health related issues forced him to stop. Al was an excellent grill master smoking some of the best pork and meats you have ever tasted. Al had an unforgettable charisma that brought many laughs to all of his friends and family, that in his absence has left an un-fillable void.
