Rosemary V. Holschbach, age 93, a resident of Felician Village for the past 11 years, passed away on Monday evening, January 17, 2022 at St. Mary's of Felician Village, Manitowoc.

Rosemary was born on November 2, 1928 in Kiel, WI, daughter of the late John and Isabelle (Watry) Schmit. She was a graduate of Mishicot High School with the class of 1946. On May 20, 1950 she married John Holschbach at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Francis Creek. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1995. Rosemary began her career with Manitowoc Shipbuilding and also later worked at Holy Family Memorial, Cawley Company as a shipper for 35 years, and as a greeter at Walmart. She always had fond memories of Cedar Lake and her time swimming there. Rosemary also enjoyed reading and flower gardening.

Survivors include two daughters: Carol (Ken) Sitkiewitz, Manitowoc, Lori Williams, Sheboygan; six grandchildren: Eric (Jill Sopa) Sitkiewitz, Manitowoc, Sara (Kevin) Wilke, Manitowoc, Adam (Lori) Sitkiewitz, Bellevue, Tammy (Scott) Heitzmann, Sheboygan, Casey Leschke, Reedsville, Jamie (Christi) Leschke, Sheboygan; 11 great grandchildren: Justin (Maxwell), Ryan, Zachary and Alexis Heitzmann, Kierstin and Riley Leschke, Connor, Kory and Carter Wilke, Aubrey and Owen Sitkiewitz; one great great grandchild: Takoda Leschke; her in-laws: Fritz (Ruthi) Holschbach, Elaine (Milton) Wetenkamp; Clarann Wagner, Ethel Meyer; and one special family friend: Vicki Rathsack. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four infant children: Leonard, Patricia, Joyce and Suzanne; one grandchild: Kevin Sitkiewitz; one son-in-law: Robert Williams; two sisters: Vera (Russel) Wachholz, Manitowoc, Norma (Daniel) Krcma; one brother: Ray (Margie) Schmit; and her in-laws: Tom (Lucille) Walsh, Victor Meyer, LeRoy Wagner, Orville (Shirley) Holschbach, Harold (Grace) Holschbach, Earl (Theresa Holschbach-Waack) Holschbach, Jerry Holschbach.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 21, 2022 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Community, Newton. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Beaudry with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, January 21, 2022 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Community, Newton, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
