Elizabeth was born to Eley & Clara Cornett, May 28th, 1923.
She was one of four children. Liz married William H Vice on November 28th, 1940. Liz & William had 14 wonderful children, 10 boys~Bill,Leland,Bob,Jack(Terrie),Jim(Evlynn),Raymond Dale,Mike(Louann),Kevin(Patty),Joe(Pattie),& Eley"Butch"(Sherry)Vice~4 daughters~Beverly(Larry) Miles, Sharon Vice,Tina(Randy)Porter,&Cindy(Frank) Mason. Elizabeth is the Grandmother of 48 grandchildren. Elizabeth is the GreatGrandmother of 59 GreatGranchildren & six on the way, Twin boys are expected. Elizabeth is the GreatGreat Grandmother of three,Two girls~Kamryn Vice & Madissen Emery and 1GreatGreat Grandson Devon Vice born December 10th, 2007.She loved each and every one of them. Before Liz was overcome with Alztimers she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her bestfriend Dorthy Arnett, Liz also enjoyed dancing & listening to country music, meeting new people, sitting on her front porch swing, watching her favorite tv shows, Murder she wrote,The Price is Right and McGiver. Elizabeth also enjoyed making popcorn balls during halloween, potato salad for family dinners and nobody will ever forget the smell of frying porkchops,potatos, peppery green beans and onions, bacon and toast, as they walked through her front door. She enjoyed listening to country music as she cooked.Her door was always open to anyone. She spent 10 years at Pleasant Meadows Nursing home, a special thanks to all the kind people there. Elizabeth was a very strong and independant woman given her battle with Alztimers. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her Husband William (December 24th, 1966) Her parents Eley & Clara),Grandparents,three sons Bill Vice & Raymond Dale Vice & Robert (Bob) Vice,three grandchildren, Sherrie Lynn Vice, Douglas Miles, and Darren Hammer, and 1 great grandson Britt Douglas Martin.Also by her best friends Dorthy Arnett & Wilbur Swan. Elizabeth will be forever loved, remembered & missed. The world has lost a wonderful woman.
