Mrs. Gargis died Sept. 29, 1998, in Oklahoma City. She was born Aug. 19, 1908, at Purves, Texas, to Thomas Alexander and Nannie Surrett Blaker.
She married Bill Gargis May 1, 1964, in Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death Nov. 26, 1997.
