Mrs. Edith Bridenbaker, aged 71, widow of Walter Bridenbaker, died at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Chapman, in Ellicottville, following an illness of the past year.

Mrs. Bridenbaker was born in Mansfield August 28th, 1864, and had always lived in that vicinity.

She is survived by four daughters, Miss Ethel Potter of Mansfield, Mrs. Mary Tappan of Jamestown, Mrs. Joseph White of Cattaraugus and Mrs. Chapman, and one son, Raymond Bridenbaker of Mansfield.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 from the home of Mrs. Chapman in Martha street and at 3:30 from M.E. church in Eddyville. Rev. William Edmonds will officiate. Burial will be in the family plot in Eddyville Cemetery.
