Pauline was preceded in death by her father, Paul V. Armstrong, her mother, Annie Armstrong, and four sisters, Morine Logan, Florine Hunter, Hazel Armstrong, and Vivian Mitchell.
Pauline was the oldest of ten girls, and although she did not have any biological children of her own, she was a mother to each of her nine sisters. She also had a hand in the rearing of each and every one of her nieces and nephews.
Pauline leaves to cherish her memories, five sisters: Eddie Bell Davis of Dallas, Texas; Emma Lee Kyles of Houston, Texas; Mary Beaty of Jasper, Texas; Annie Pearl Carter and Gloria Kyle, both of Beaumont, Texas; one aunt, Lula Bean of Beaumont, Texas, and one uncle, Sandy McDaniel, Jr. of Jasper, Texas; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
