Age 99, of Marshall, MN formerly Bloomington, MN. The family will honor him with a 2 p.m. graveside service on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Dawn Valley Memorial Park in Bloomington.
Jerry was born nearly 100 years ago in Roberts, Wisconsin, to Theodore and Rose. He grew up on the farm with two younger sisters (predeceased). After high school, served in the US Navy during WWII, worked for the railroad 14 years, followed by 23 years at the US Postal Service. During that time, he met Florence, and was married 45 years until her death. They enjoyed walking at the local malls along with sharing photos and experiences of their many trips home and abroad. God truly blessed him with a long, wonderful life. Survived by Florence's family, three nieces, one nephew and their families.
