Fanny first married William Baring on 19 July 1810 at St. Mary's Church, Putney, London. Her first husband drowned in a boating accident on 09 July 1820.
The children from her first marriage were;
Fanny Massingberd, née Baring (1811-1891),
Georgiana Baring (1815-1897),
Charlotte Rosa Shafto, née Baring (abt. 1818-1889), and
William Henry Baring (1819-1906).
In 1824 Fanny married secondly Arthur Eden, Asst. Comptroller of the Exchequer. The four children from her second marriage were;
Arthur John Eden (1827-1917),
Frederic Eden (1828-1916),
Dulcibella Hammersley, née Eden (1833-1903),
Emma Mabel Cox, née Eden (1837-1889).
