MRS. L. R. NELSON RITES WEDNESDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Inez B. Nelson, president of the L. R. Nelson Mfg. Co. of Peoria, who died at Methodist hospital at 6 p. m. Saturday after an illness of several weeks, will be held at the First Methodist church.
Dr. William T. Smith, former pastor of the church will officiate and burial will be in Princeville cemetery.
Friend may call at the Guass mortuary between 4 and 9 p. m. Tuesday and the body will lie in state at the church Wednesday from noon until the time of services.
Mrs. Nelson was born near Castle Rock, Colo., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Baldwin, who were pioneers settlers in Colorado. She spent much of her early life at Glenwood Springs and Boulder, Colo., and married Lewen R. Nelson at Boulder. They came to Peoria in 1907 and have made their home since that time.
Mrs. Nelson was an active member of the First Methodist church and took part in various social activities of the church and community.
Surviving besides her husband are one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Nelson Bradbury of Atherton, Cal.; one son Russell of Jubilee road, Peoria; four grandchildren, Sarah and Anne Bradbury of Atherton, Cal., and Barton and Barbara Nelson of Jubilee road, and two sisters, Mrs. John T. Duncan of Custer Wash., and Mrs. R. K. Burritt of Parker, Ariz.
